Make Delicious Chocolate Cream Using Milk or Soy Milk★
Indulge in thick, sweet chocolate ganache without heavy cream! This recipe uses simple milk or soy milk to create a luxurious chocolate cream perfect for spreading on toast or topping desserts. Enjoy a decadent chocolate treat made easily at home!
Ingredients- 100g Chocolate (dark or milk)
- 6 Tbsp Milk or Soy Milk
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Prepare 100g of chocolate. You can use dark chocolate for a richer flavor or milk chocolate for a sweeter, creamier taste. For easier melting, chop the chocolate into small, bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
Place the chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Add 6 tablespoons (about 90ml) of milk or soy milk. Microwave on high for 40-50 seconds. Check after 20-second intervals, stirring gently in between, to ensure the chocolate melts evenly and doesn’t burn. Continue microwaving and stirring until the chocolate is completely smooth.
Step 3
Once the chocolate is smoothly melted, sift 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder into the bowl. Sifting the cocoa powder will prevent lumps and help create a silky smooth texture for your cream.
Step 4
Using a spatula or whisk, thoroughly mix the melted chocolate, milk (or soy milk), and cocoa powder until no lumps remain and the mixture is glossy and thick. Your delicious chocolate cream is ready to be spread on bread, used as a cake frosting, or as a topping for cookies and other desserts!
