Pizza Dough and Topping Ingredients

  • 1 large sweet potato (approx. 200-250g)
  • 1/2 bell pepper (or green pepper)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 handfuls of kimbap ham (approx. 100g)
  • 2 fresh eggs
  • 4 Tbsp sweet corn kernels
  • 3 pinches of salt
  • 140g cheese (mozzarella or shredded blend)
  • Cooking oil (for stir-frying)
  • 1 Tbsp granulated sugar

Cooking Instructions

First, wash the sweet potato thoroughly under running water. Then, without peeling, thinly julienne it. The julienned sweet potato will serve as the pizza crust.

For the bell pepper (or green pepper), remove the seeds and dice it into small, approximately 0.5cm cubes. The vibrant colors will make the pizza look more appetizing.

Dice the onion into small, approximately 0.5cm cubes, similar to the bell pepper. The onion’s sweetness will enhance the overall flavor profile.

Dice the kimbap ham into bite-sized pieces, roughly the same size as the diced onion. Gently press the ham with the back of your knife while dicing to achieve a neater shape.

Prepare 4 tablespoons of sweet corn kernels, drained of any liquid. If using canned corn, drain it thoroughly in a sieve.

Heat a pan without oil. Add the diced kimbap ham and stir-fry over medium-low heat until golden brown and slightly crispy. The ham will release its own oils as it cooks.
