- Oyster sauce 2 Tbsp
- Mirin (or cooking wine) 1 Tbsp
- Plum extract 1 Tbsp
- Sesame oil, a little
- Sesame seeds, a little

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, cut the beef into bite-sized pieces. Heat a pan over medium-high heat, add a little cooking oil, and stir-fry the beef slices. Sprinkle a pinch of salt as you cook until the surfaces are lightly browned. This step helps to lock in the juices, making the beef more flavorful.
