  • 4 fresh eggs
  • 2 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 bowls warm cooked rice

Cooking Instructions

First, wash the chives thoroughly, pat them dry, and chop them into bite-sized pieces about 3-4 cm long. In a separate bowl, crack the 4 eggs and whisk them well with chopsticks until the yolks and whites are fully combined, creating a smooth egg mixture.

Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Once the pan is hot, pour in the beaten egg mixture. Use chopsticks to stir the eggs as they cook, breaking them up into fluffy, scrambled pieces.
