Ingredients- 100g Vuco Coconut Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (melted to room temperature)
- 100g Cocoa Powder (sifted)
- 3 Tbsp Oligosaccharide (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 Tbsp Vanilla Extract (for enhanced flavor)
- Vuco Coconut Chips (for topping, as desired)
- Coconut Flakes (for topping, as desired)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Prepare 100g of Vuco Coconut Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, melted to room temperature, and 100g of sifted cocoa powder. Place the coconut oil in a bowl and add the cocoa powder. Whisk or stir with a spatula until smooth and free of lumps. If your coconut oil is too cold, you can gently melt it over a double boiler.
Step 2
Add 3 tablespoons of oligosaccharide and 1/4 tablespoon of vanilla extract to the smooth chocolate base. Feel free to adjust the amount of oligosaccharide based on your sweetness preference. Stir gently again until all ingredients are uniformly combined. The vanilla extract will add a deeper, richer aroma to the chocolate.
Step 3
Prepare a tray or baking pan for setting the chocolate. Line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Carefully pour the prepared chocolate mixture onto the parchment paper. Use a spatula to spread it evenly to your desired thickness for a neat finish.
Step 4
