Ingredients- 1 cup frozen watermelon
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2-3 Tbsp canned corn (store-bought or homemade)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes and freeze them until solid. Also, prepare your frozen strawberries. (Tip: Feel free to use any other frozen fruits you enjoy in place of or in addition to watermelon and strawberries!)
Step 2
In a blender, combine the frozen watermelon, frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup of water, and 2 tablespoons of honey. Blend until smooth and slushy. If the frozen fruit is too hard for your blender, you can add a little more water to help it along.
Step 3
Grab a clear glass for serving. Start by spooning about 2 tablespoons of the blended fruit mixture into the bottom of the glass. Then, add about 1 tablespoon of canned corn kernels. Layer another 2 tablespoons of the fruit mixture on top, followed by another tablespoon of corn. Continue layering in this alternating pattern.
Step 4
Finally, top your layered bingsu with a generous spoonful of corn kernels. The vibrant fruits and bright yellow corn create a visually appealing and deliciously refreshing Corn Fruit Bingsu.
