  • 2 swirls of mayonnaise (adjust to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp sugar

Crack 3 eggs into a microwave-safe bowl. Whisk them gently with a fork or whisk until the yolks and whites are well combined. Cover the bowl loosely with a lid or microwave-safe plastic wrap, poking a few small holes for steam to escape. Microwave on high for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds to 3 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked through and resemble a soft custard. (Cooking time may vary depending on your microwave’s wattage.) This method cooks the eggs perfectly without boiling.
