- 2 King Oyster mushrooms
- 1 slice of cheese
Seasoning- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp low-sugar ketchup

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, slice the King Oyster mushrooms lengthwise into pieces that are not too thin. Next, crack two large eggs into a bowl and whisk them thoroughly until well combined. This forms your egg mixture.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, ensuring it coats the entire surface. Once the oil is shimmering, pour in the beaten egg mixture.
