- 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast (approx. 10g)
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (approx. 15ml)
- 1/2 cup filtered water (approx. 100ml)

First, prepare high-quality raw cashews. Place the cashews in a bowl and cover them with water, using about twice the volume of cashews. Let them soak for at least 2 hours. Soaking them overnight will yield an even smoother texture.

Drain the soaked cashews using a sieve and rinse them lightly under cool running water. It’s crucial to drain them well after rinsing.
