Cut the onion, bell peppers, and green peppers into bite-sized pieces, about 2cm in size. Ensuring similar sizes will help them cook evenly and look appealing.

Next, cut the beef into bite-sized cubes, roughly 2cm, similar to the vegetable size. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper over the cut beef and let it marinate for about 5 minutes.
