Ingredients- 25 Sausages (various types can be used)
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1/4 Onion
- 1/2 Carrot
Sauce- 3 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 2/3 Tbsp Oligodang (corn syrup) or Corn Syrup

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Using scissors or a knife, make a cross-shaped cut about halfway up from the bottom of each sausage. This will help them open up beautifully when cooked, making them more appealing.
Step 2
Blanch the cut sausages in boiling water for 1-2 minutes to remove impurities and ensure a nice, firm texture. Immediately rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients: 3 Tbsp ketchup, 1 Tbsp gochujang, 1 Tbsp oyster sauce, 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic, and 2/3 Tbsp oligodang (or corn syrup). Whisk well until smooth to create the special sauce. This balanced sauce is key to the dish’s flavor!
Step 4
Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add all the prepared vegetables (red and yellow bell peppers, onion, carrot) and stir-fry quickly for 2-3 minutes. The goal is to keep them crisp and vibrant. Be careful not to burn the vegetables.

Once the vegetables begin to turn slightly translucent, add the blanched sausages to the pan. Continue to stir-fry together for about 5 minutes, allowing the sausages to absorb the delicious flavors of the vegetables.
