  • 1 cup water (paper cup measurement)
  • 1 Cheongyang chili pepper
  • 30g green onion

  • 0.5 Tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 Tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
  • 1 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1 pack instant noodles

Cooking Instructions

First, pour 500ml of beef bone broth into a pot. Add 1 cup of water (measured using a paper cup). If you don’t have beef bone broth, you can use about 4 cups of plain water instead. Bring the broth to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once the broth starts boiling, add the dried vegetable mix and soup powder from your instant noodle packet. Then, add 1 finely chopped Cheongyang chili pepper for a spicy kick, and 30g of green onion, thinly sliced diagonally, for a refreshing flavor. Let them simmer together.

When the soup comes to a rolling boil again, stir in 1 tablespoon of minced garlic. Add the entire can of drained tuna and 1 sausage, sliced into bite-sized pieces. The savory juices from the tuna and sausage will enrich the broth.
