  • Ingredient Category : Processed foods
  • Occasion : Everyday
  • Cooking : Stir-fry
  • Servings : 1 serving
  • Cooking Time : Within 15 minutes
  • Difficulty : Anyone

Ingredients

  • Leftover fried chicken (2 pieces, for 1 serving)
  • Enoki mushrooms
  • Spaghetti pasta
  • Cream pasta sauce
  • Buldak (fire chicken) sauce (to taste)
  • Parsley flakes (for garnish)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, bring a generous amount of water to a boil for cooking the pasta.

Step 1

Step 2

Take the leftover fried chicken out of the refrigerator and prepare it.

Step 2

Step 3

I had 4 pieces of chicken left, but for one serving of pasta, I’ll use just 2 pieces. Remove the bones and tear or cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.

Step 3

Step 4

Once the water is boiling, add the pasta and cook it for about 1-2 minutes less than the time indicated on the package (usually around 10 minutes). This ensures the pasta retains a good texture when sautéed with the sauce later.

Step 4

Step 5

While the pasta is cooking, trim the base of the enoki mushrooms and separate them into strands. If you have an onion, thinly slice it (optional). The Buldak sauce adds spiciness, so you can reduce the amount or omit it if you prefer milder flavors.

Step 5

Step 6

When there are about 5 minutes left on the pasta timer, add the chicken pieces to a pan and stir-fry them lightly. The leftover chicken is usually greasy enough that you don’t need to add cooking oil. Once the chicken is warmed through, add the prepared enoki mushrooms and stir-fry them together until they are slightly softened.

Step 6

Step 7

When the pasta timer goes off, immediately drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pan. Generously pour in the store-bought cream pasta sauce. At this point, a delicious and savory aroma will fill the air, stimulating your appetite!

Step 7

Step 8

Now it’s time to add some heat! Add Buldak sauce to your liking. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce is well combined, and your delicious Fire Chicken Cream Pasta is ready. It’s really that simple!

Step 8

Step 9

Transfer the finished Fire Chicken Cream Pasta to a serving plate. Finally, sprinkle with parsley flakes for garnish. This transforms leftover chicken into an impressive dish! The aroma and taste are truly captivating and will draw anyone in.
