- A pinch of sesame oil
Stir-frying & Garnish- 1 Tbsp cooking oil

- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp sugar
- A pinch of sesame oil
Stir-frying & Garnish- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- A little ketchup (for blush)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, season the minced beef by mixing it with 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 Tbsp sugar, and a pinch of sesame oil. This step helps remove any gamey smell from the beef and deepens its flavor.
Step 2
Heat 1 Tbsp of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned minced beef and chopped green onions (3 Tbsp). Stir-fry until the beef is fully cooked. The aromatic green onions and savory beef will complement the rice beautifully.
Step 3
In a bowl with 1 bowl of warm cooked rice, add the stir-fried beef and green onion mixture. Mix well using a spatula or spoon, ensuring the ingredients are evenly distributed among the rice grains. Pressing down gently as you mix will help it hold its shape better.
Step 4
Carefully open the pocket of each seasoned fried tofu pouch and fill it with the prepared rice mixture. Gently press the rice down with a spoon to ensure it’s packed tightly but not so much that it bursts the tofu. This helps the rolls maintain their shape.
Step 5
Now, let’s create the Ryan face! Take the slice of processed cheese and use a straw or a small circular cutter to cut out a round shape for Ryan’s nose. Use scissors to cut out eyebrow and eye shapes from the dried seaweed. If intricate cutting is difficult, small pieces of seaweed can also create a cute effect.
Step 6
Arrange the prepared nose, eyes, and eyebrows onto each inari sushi roll to complete the Ryan face. Finally, use a bit of ketchup to draw rosy cheeks, adding an extra touch of cuteness to your Ryan Inari Sushi Rolls! These are sure to be a hit with children.
