- 3 fresh eggs
- 1/4 carrot
- 1/4 zucchini
- 3 stalks scallions
- 1/3 paper cup milk
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/3 tablespoon salt
- 1 pinch black pepper

Let’s start by prepping the vegetables. Finely dice the carrot and zucchini into small pieces for a pleasant texture. Chop the scallions finely as well.
