  • 4 Tbsp Basil Tomato Pasta Sauce
  • 70g Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4g Fresh Basil leaves
  • 1 spray Olive Oil Spray
  • A little Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese

For the sauce, we’re using a convenient store-bought basil tomato pasta sauce. Opt for an organic version if possible. This sauce already contains a blend of herbs and spices, so there’s no need to cook it separately, making your pizza preparation much quicker.

Prepare the fresh mozzarella cheese by slicing it into bite-sized pieces. You can cut it into cubes or irregular shapes, depending on your preference. Slicing it slightly thicker will help it melt beautifully without running off the pizza.

Finely chop the fresh basil leaves. Stack several leaves on top of each other and then thinly slice them with a knife. This ensures the fragrant basil flavor is evenly distributed across your pizza.

Place the keto coconut tortilla on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or directly in your air fryer basket. Spread the basil tomato pasta sauce evenly over the tortilla, leaving about a 1.5 cm border around the edge. This prevents the sauce from burning or spilling over during cooking.
